Here is the MD201 motor for an adjustable bed base from the Limoss brand.

Replacing the motor

To replace the motor on your bed base, simply remove the motor covers in order to replace the old motor with the new one. Then, reinstall the motor covers and reconnect the power supply and the remote control.

Warning: the bed base must be in a horizontal position during replacement, and the motor must be disconnected from the power supply before any handling.
