VEOBOX III CPB3 – Intelligent Battery Control Box by UMEC

The VEOBOX III CPB3 is an intelligent battery control box designed by UMEC to power and control electric actuator systems with full autonomy. Robust, reliable, and easy to integrate, it is ideally suited for medical, industrial, and furniture applications requiring a safe and high-performance solution.

Featuring a universal power supply (100–240 V AC) and a stable 24 V DC output up to 9 A, the CPB3 model allows connection of up to two actuators and one control unit, offering great flexibility in use.

The VEOBOX III CPB3 includes an intelligent charger with an LCD display showing battery status, along with audible and visual alarms in case of low charge, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Designed for demanding environments, it incorporates advanced features:

• Soft start and stop for smooth operation
• Cycle counter for usage tracking and maintenance
• Programmable overload protection (5 to 9 A)
• Electronic duty cycle protection

Its autonomous power system is based on 2 x 12V – 5Ah batteries with charge balancing, optimizing both lifespan and performance.

With an IP65 protection rating, the VEOBOX III CPB3 offers excellent resistance to dust and water splashes, making it perfectly suitable for harsh environments.

Finally, its PC connectivity enables function parameterization and operational data analysis, simplifying diagnostics and performance optimization.
