It is used on slats of 38 mm.
It is used almost exclusively on adjustable bed-frames (manual or electric) within current designs,
as it "covers" the edges of the bed-frame and hides them. In addition, its special shape allows for the mattress to be supported over a greater width.
If you have slats which are sufficiently long, this model will be preferred for your adjustable model.
